- 250 grams paneer cottage cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Skewers wooden or metal
- Bell peppers onions, and tomatoes (optional, for skewering)
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
Add the paneer cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Thread the marinated paneer onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes if desired.
Grill the skewers until the paneer is charred and cooked through, turning occasionally.
